Our story
A home that carries the memory of its place.
Breno, Valle Camonica
Ca' Rina is a historic residence in the heart of Breno, the main town of Valle Camonica. A lived-in home, tended over time, that has preserved its own identity without becoming a museum.
The staircase, the Murano chandeliers, the library, the paintings — every element speaks of a real human presence. Not decoration, but a story accumulated with patience.
Five rooms, five ways of being. The Val Camonica just outside the window: the rock engravings of the Camuni — six thousand years of marks on sandstone — recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
The rock engravings of Valle Camonica have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979 — the first Italian entry on the World Heritage List.

The territory
The Camuni carved the world into sandstone. We inhabit the same landscape.
Valle Camonica is one of the longest valleys in the Lombard Alps. Inhabited without interruption since prehistoric times, it holds the largest complex of rock art in the world: thousands of figures carved into stone by the Camuni, a civilisation that lived here for millennia before the arrival of the Romans.
Breno, the valley's main town, stands where the Oglio river narrows between the mountains. The medieval castle watches from above. The carved rocks lie within the Naquane National Rock Art Park, just a few kilometres away.
